The first thing that you do is take one of our screens from the shelf and a dough ball from the free. and put the screen on the dough press and spray both sides with the pam spray. Than you take the screen of the pizza press and put it on the counter beside you. Now you take the dough ball and put it on the pizza press and put a little pam spry on it also.


Now you take the handle of the press and push it down until the dough is coming out the sides.
